Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility for Free Rent Offer:
• The 3 months free rent offer applies only to tenants who sign a 12-month lease agreement at The Claremont.
• The offer is not available for lease agreements shorter than 12 months.
2. Application of Free Rent:
   • For a 12-month lease, free rent will be applied at the end of the second month.
   • For tenants eligible for three months of free rent, the free rent will be applied at the end of the second, ninth, and twelfth months of the lease.
   • Rent for these months (the "Rent-Free Months") will be waived, and no payment will be required for those months.
• The free rent will be applied in the following manner:
3. Exclusions:
• The offer applies only to rent and does not include other costs such as maintenance, or additional services.
• The Free Rent will not be applied to any months other than the Rent-Free Months as specified above.
4. Termination of Lease:
• If the Residential Lease is terminated for any reason before the date of a Rent-Free Month, the Free Rent will no longer apply.
• If the lease is terminated early, the remaining Rent-Free Months will not be honoured.
• Should a tenant enter into a new lease with the Rental Provider, the offer will not continue or renew.
5. Offer Availability:
• This offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at the discretion of the Rental Provider.
